I had a wonderful experience here.The team was not only professional but also incredibly warm and attentive. My makeup was flawless--elegant, not overdone, and exactly how I had imagined. The hairstyling complemented the look beautifully, holding up perfectly throughout the day without feeling heavy. And the saree draping? Absolute perfection. It stayed intact for hours and added a graceful touch to the entire outfit. What stood out most was their attention to detail and how they genuinely listened to what I wanted. My husband visited here for a haircut today, was very surprised seeing he was charged 1k for a haircut, the price for the same was not communicated before the service nor were we informed that a top stylist was doing the haircut. He wasn't provided a bill on leaving and a photo of the bill was only sent after calling them and asking. There was no transparency and a lack of communication regarding who is doing the service and cost of the same. Service provided does not add up to the exorbitant amount charged.

I always chose tony and guy but this time ...i walked into east fort one .. and met one of the best person in this field ..Ali ..and also the receptionist i forget to ask the name in that rush ....Ali is the kind of hair stylist you instantly click with. Not only is he incredibly skilled at what he does, but he's also just an all-around great guy. The moment you sit in his chair, he makes you feel like you've been friends for years. His sense of humor is contagious, turning what could be a regular salon visit into an actual fun experience. He somehow manages to keep things light and fun while still being laser-focused on getting every detail just right. You can tell he genuinely cares about making sure you leave feeling your best. I recently visited Toni & Guy for a haircut, and I was quite impressed with the quality of the haircut itself. The stylist was skilled, paid attention to detail, and gave me a great look that suited my preferences. However, one aspect that stood out was the lack of gloves during the cutting process. While the haircut was excellent, using gloves could have added a layer of professionalism and hygiene to the experience. Overall, a good visit, but this small detail could make it even better!

Absolutely bad experience after having a haircut from there. I showed the stylist a picture to cut exactly as that, and the result was nowhere near that. I asked for a fade on both sides and the stylist left uneven fade on both sides and back. No quality for the haircut, and it seems as if it was done by a really unprofessional and unskilled barber. Besides, the stylist was really harsh with the scissors and comb, and I almost had abrasions in my ears. Not worth the money at all. Really bad experience and I would never visit the store again nor will I recommend anyone going there.
