I recently visited Naturals salon and spa for a haircut, and I must say, I had an amazing experience! I opted for long layers with a U-cut and face framing, and the result was exactly what I asked for. A special shoutout to Mr. Jeevan, who handled my hair with great skill and professionalism. He took the time to understand what I wanted, and executed the cut flawlessly. His attention to detail and friendly approach made the entire experience comfortable and enjoyable. The salon itself had a welcoming ambiance, clean facilities, and a well-organized setup. The staff was very friendly and the service was prompt. I truly appreciate the effort put into ensuring customer satisfaction. I highly recommend Naturals Salon and spa to anyone looking for a quality hair service. I will definitely be returning for my future hair needs!

The nail service was very disappointing. The staff took almost 2 hrs to do my nails. They didn't even had basic tools like nail drill. One nail was torn off the next day and the other nail was completely off the 2nd day. I had to redo the broken nail the day it was torn off. I asked for a refund the other day when the nail was completely gone. They refused to refund the money instead they offered me to redo it. I wasn't happy because the gel was scraped off with a nail file strip board which was painful and made small injuries around the nail. The staff who sent messages on Whats up was rude and she blamed me for me having thin nails, while they used a cuticle pusher to scrap off the gel on my original nails which left the nail so rough. The gel applied was too much on nails and finishing was too bad. Now more nails are starting to come off and I paid 2800 for this service. So disappointing. The other services like hair straightening, threading and facial was good.

One of the worst place to be. Very arrogant staffs and Manager, who doesn't even care about their customers. Feedbacks were not taken seriously. Wedding makeup was cancelled after the first experience on Betrothal but the deposit amount was not refunded. Poor quality stuff. Never ever choose this place for any of your special occasions. Worst Worst and Worst.. Would have given star lower that 1 if google support the same.

Service is excellent. I was really confused about how to do my haircut but stylist Jeevan helped me and a gave a proper advice according to my hair texture which came out very well. Recommending everyone to have a visit.
