Very bad service..had to wait long for a haircut even though there was no rush

Service: Had to leave after waiting 25 mins for a single haircut and there wasn't even any other customers in the place. This is happened twice. I did get my eyebrows done from here once and it was pretty okay. The staffs are not really friendly. Even they look like they don't to be there and they don't want us there. Ambience: This is probably the worst branch of Naturals I've been to as of today. Not well managed or maintained. There's barely anything to note about the place. There's absolutely no professionalism and that's something I wouldn't expect from Naturals. All in all I had a few terrible experiences and I'm questioning why I let myself give them so many opportunities to disappoint me.

One of the worst experiences I've ever had. The main lady there colour shames the customers in order to lure them to taking the fairness facial. She was doing this to everyone who came there. She didn't have any knowledge of skin care or facials. I am a regular customer of naturals but this is my first time in Vadakara and quite honestly I wonder if it's the original naturals itself. Because of the unprofessionalism and lack of basic decency, really makes me believe it was a fake set up. Request everyone to back off even if you consider going there.

Worst experience I've ever had. Despite friendly staffs the service is really frown they're not taking enough time to complete a procedure, rush to finish it and expensive for no reason. My skin still has white heads yet to remove.

Me and my friend went to saloon for doing facial. We had different skin type and skin tone. Still they suggested silver facial which is not at all suitable for our skin. They have only silver facial and they suggest that for all skin type. And they were not doing massage properly. Im a regular costumer to naturals mysore but this is my first time to vadakara naturals. I expected same professionalism and costumer service. But Vadakara naturals is an utter waste.i wont suggest naturals for anyone. This was not my first experience. Last time i went for waxing and they made me wait for half n hour and took 2.5 hours for doing wax. the staff who attended me doesn't have experience of doing waxing literally she was pulling my skin off. she did one hand and went off and i again waited for next hour n hour another staff came and told me that i should do another type of wax and i agreed. she kept the wax for heating she she went off for more than half n hour with her phone. i called her and she came and on the honey wax she applied the flavoured wax and it got stuck on my skin and she was stratching on my skin literally and i thought my skin would peal off. worst ever parlor i had visited in my life. The rooms are not at all clean and the staffs doesnt care about costumers. never visit vadakara naturals.

Worst experience! No professionalism. The clean up was a waste of money. They dint even spend 10'mins massaging. Lack of expertise! Poor quality of work. Just pathetic !

Worst behaviour.. the lady did my hairstyling the way she wanted..and how i wanted was not possible according to her.. I've done the same a 100 times from other salons.. pls train her well..
