I recently visited this salon for a facial, but unfortunately, I was left disappointed. Not only did the staff seem unfamiliar with the different types of facials, no one have a clear understanding of the different types of facials or the specific benefits of each. They couldn't provide any detailed explanations about the treatments, which made me feel bad and the whole process feel disorganized. but after the treatment, there was no noticeable effect on my skin. Despite spending time and money, my face felt the same as before, with no improvements in texture or appearance. While the ambiance was nice. I was hoping for more expertise when it came to skincare. I would recommend clarifying the details beforehand, but overall, I wouldn't recommend it for more specialized services.

Had to do my wedding nails from here because luxe is the only salon that provides extensions and nail art. I am very disappointed with the outcome. Very limited options for nail colours. Wanted to to a curvy tips but when she showed me it was really messy so I had to ask her to do something else. Well didn't get what I expected

I have done facial and hair perming from here and they do it really neatly and have done their job perfectly. I found my go to Parlour inthe town.

My experience with stylist Harshina was beautiful, very well versed with hair styling and hair cutting. Been doing hair cuts with the same specialist for the second time. Lovely place, makes you feel comfortable as its an only females setting. Definitely recommend coming here, they're very keen in doing their work and they care about the type of hair, skin that the customer has. Lovely place .
