My first experience was my worst experience. I took a party makeup package of 2.5k. My make up was not at all good. They did contouring which made my face look more broader, after complaining also she was unable to correct.My eyes were looking smaller than before. My make up was a total disaster. During curling my hair she did not even apply any serum on my hair. Another biggest blunder was I got a black spot on my nose because of them. It was after I took a clean up after removing black heads a blood clot started to be visible on my nose. It has been more than 15 days and it is still there. It is very embarrassing when you have to attend a family wedding with the black spot on nose.

I have always liked all the services from this salon except for the nail work, I went there yesterday to get my polygel nails removed and it was a big mistake, they snatched each and every nail of me trying to breakout the glue of the extension which led to a lot of discomfort and pain and it completely totally damaged my nails, I have gotten my gel nails removed before and it was never this big of a problem and they made it one, even after I told them multiple times to soften the gel first by using acetone they didn't listen to me and continued picking on the extensions one by one. it was highly painful and my nails still hurt a lot. they could've just told me on call that they aren't a professional with gel nails and I could've gotten it done at some place else. I am devastated as my nails have their layers completely messed up.

It has been a great experience with Swati aunty. I wanted to get my hair coloured but wasn't sure about the colour. I just told her how I wanted my hair to look and she did her magic. So happy. Lots of love!!

Swati Didi is the best in this industry, extremely professional and well trained girls who takes care of everything when you walk-in, they won't push for any services unless otherwise required and give the best advise. I have been associated with them for over 10 years now and whenever I am in town I prefer to got to them for any salon related services.
