1. Thieves...if even by mistake you leave anything, even your sandal, they will keep it and never return it. 2. All Darjeeling staff are there; they all are bloody scoundrels. 3. There is no air conditioning, so makeup and dresses are ruined due to sweat. 4. Client management is also extremely poor.

I don't recommend this parlour to anyone as I got worst service, I went through underarms wax (the employee made burnt my underarm &it took me 2 weeks to heal)and hair wash. The workers were treating very poor to their customers like it's low price service and entered water in my ear, I asked for cotton so very rudely she replied to me that we don't have such stuff alongwith her other colleagues (in some NER language, their facial expressions are very bad for me). Also dust was available on table so can't able to put my belongings. It was one of my happy daybut they spoilt my day with their worst behaviour and treatment/service to customer. I came with my friend as she had bridal makeup with director so I was happy for her cz her makeup was good. Hence I recommend if u want to choose Rose beauty parlour then take service of bridal only from director Cheryl mam only... otherwise you may also get ur day spoilt like me who came there from 2000km to attend close friend wedding.

My sister and I went for make-up services. I did basic and from senior artist. Both were flawless. Saree draping was absolutely beautiful. Hairstyle was up to the mark. My sister did make up from super senior,senior and from Charmin mam. Out of that artist's make up absolutely stunning. somehow Charmin was not giving proper attention to the bride. It took a lot of time and the make up was not that great. It was Looking very whitish. She was doing multiple tasks together. My sister got very late for her wedding. All the guests were so unhappy because of the timing taken by her and the make up wasn't looking good either.

Had one the worst experience. Had booked them for my wedding.. they did horrible makeup, hairstyle and drapping was just bad and disappointing. They made my lucky day..the a nightmare with their blunders. I would suggest to hire someone else who would care about their client rather than hiring someone who is just doing jobs for sake of money or just for finishing the task. Cons:- 1. They send unprofessional make-up artist who don't know what to do. 2. They do dry makeup and they don't use the same products as they say during booking. 3. They forget to bring hair extensions and flowers when it's already in the bridal makeup. 4. The makeup they did..was gone within the first 1hour. 5. After calling the owner, she kept on defending her employee than finding a solution to the problem. 6. Language barrier is a big problem. The artist don't really understand Hindi and whatever little bit they understand they do makeup as per their mind. They had given me such a bad look that I didn't even look like a bride and this was the condition after asking them several times that have you understood what I want? Still they didn't say I'm unable to understand and later after argument she removed my whole make-up and put 1 coat of foundation and left . Absolutely rude and intolerable behaviour and owner didn't do much about it. 7. They day we went to book them..the owner made me and my mom wait for 1.5hours and after the wedding I absolutely understood that they are really unprofessional and have no ethics. Please think before hiring them.

I come from Eeat khedi for all my salon services. And I always love it. I have been coming here since 2013. Please open Rose salon at my place. Because Wear khedi is very far and now we have lots of wedding gardens. Today I got my facial service from Pooja and it was wonderful. Absolutely loved it

Very bad experience. I booked a party makeup cost 2100. Attached are the pictures for your reference. No skin preparation. You can see in the pictures clearly. Without checking the skin they did the makeup. Kindly train your staff properly so that they won't spoil anyone's special day.

Yesterday I took facial from rose beauty parlour they charged 1500 and used facial kit worth 160 rs. They are making fool to us, don't go there they charge high price for service but they use products very low price, they are scammers,

Absolutely loved my experience at the parlour! The staff was so friendly especially the counselor and made me feel right at home. Will definitely be back!
