I had a disappointing experience at Gitanjali Aveda. Despite booking a 60-minute therapy session, I received only 50 minutes. Additionally, there was no shower gel available in the washroom, which further diminished the overall experience. This lack of attention to detail is unacceptable for the price charged.

Brand was good before, but few people in staff are so cheap, they ask for tips and ask u to lie about service received, to make billing on paper less, and take the ramaining amount without providing a valid bill. It shows the staff is cheating on owner, as well as it puts a bad impression on customers.

Worst experience ever. The staff was friendly but hair color service with highlights took 2 sittings and total time of 7 hrs with average looks.

Saloons are made by their talented employees. This is one of the best saloons in Gwalior. Friendly n talented folks. They even offer a very relaxing SPA services.

They are fooling people with brand name , they have untrained local hair cutters Prices are at higher side Disappointing

worst experience, i went in the saloon the girl is working there is very rude cant listen to you what do expect very arrogant and poor services.. pathetic

Very bad experience .. staff claims to be so professional but they are not.. overhiked packages with no amenities.. would never suggest to anyone

Peaceful,neat and clean place little away from Town, no inter com.sevice needed to improve.
