We had wonderful experience in Ritu's salon. Staffs are well trained and very polite and professional. We were new to Indore and explored the salon through Google and it was 100% satisfying. Makeup was so good and decent. Salon is very clean and hygiene. They together did our makeup and hairstyle well within our time frame. Thank you for the amazing service.

Unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience with their makeup service. The products used were not of good quality, and some seemed quite old and unhygienic -- especially the eye palettes. As someone with sensitive skin, I was genuinely concerned about the hygiene standards. They used the same makeup brushes and blenders on multiple clients without proper cleaning, which is not acceptable. I hope they take this feedback seriously and work on improving their hygiene and product quality.

I got Excellent service here. The staff is well trained and very supportive. Very happy with the result I got after facial. Thr machines used are all latest and products are up to the mark. Very happy with the services of one person named Sangeeta

It was my first time visiting this salon, and was a good experience. Got my facial and wax services done with good curls after hair wash. Pretty friendly staff. Just hoping that the facial gives good results. Must say perfect ambience for someone who is looking for peaceful and good services
