Literally my experience is very good all the the things is superb like staff service etc

Fake products and fraud staff. This was my second time in this salon. Before i came for a hair spa.. i paid for a L'Oreal spa, but while product application, i had the doubt that the product is not real. Today, i gave it another chance on facial, but i got certain that they always do mixing and do not use real product. The beautician mamta charged me for a detan and used a mixture of (schwarzkopf)hair colour developer and bleach activator on my face instead of a detan pack. She lied when i confronted. The manager, Chanchal Jain, also did not take responsibility and defended that they make a detan pack like this only. DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A DECENT, WORTHY FOR YOUR MONEY SERVICE.

I had Hair Spa. It was very good and relaxing. Massage was very nice. Hair is also soft after spa.
