scam very bad service, From the moment I walked in, I felt ignored by the staff. The receptionist was too busy chatting with a colleague to acknowledge my presence, which was disappointing. The stylist I was assigned seemed disinterested and rushed through the entire process. I had specifically requested a particular hairstyle, but it was clear they weren't paying attention to what I wanted. The cut was uneven, and the blowout left my hair frizzy instead of smooth. On top of that, the salon was not clean, with hair clippings scattered around, which gave the place a neglected vibe. The customer service was poor, and it felt like no one cared about making sure I was happy with the outcome. For the price I paid, I expected a much more professional and polished experience. I will not be returning and would not recommend this salon to others.

Me being the bride and moving to a new city for my big day and hoping everything goes according to the plan but the main makeup is ruined by the makeup artist. First of all she is always LATE which will lead to ruining your event. My money with photographer was wasted as I wanted to take evening shots on my wedding day but she was 1.5hrs late and the photographer ended up not taking those shots. Is she going to refund my money. No but she will give excuses. Horrible Makeup is always heavy and caky. She will add extra charges for no reason. I mean can you believe she took extra 500 just for pinning dupatta. Worst i specifically asked her to make my bun and put Real Roses but not once but twice she put petals. And if you correct her she gets pissed off. She doesn't use heat protectant and she will burn your hairs. My hairs ended up smelling for days. She was doing makeup of my mother she didn't style her hairs just straighten her hairs and same she did with my friend but took charges for styling. We took facial service also from her and she didn't even bothered to explain the packages and ended up taking money for highest facial service. At the end i would like to sum up. They are really rude and not at all helpful. They will charge you extra for no reason. They do not deliver what you ask them to and on top of it they will give you attitude. Please who so ever is trying to book them for their day THINK TWICE AND LOOK FOR OTHER BETTER OPTIONS. if there was option for giving 0 stars i would have preferred that.

A bride's makeup needs to be something which is special and worth remembering, but you are so rude and takes extra amount for extras. Very worse attitude and has no time management. Total scam. Doesn't know how to take care of the customer. Never go to this studio. So plain makeup and hairstyle. Which can be done by any normal person who does makeup in daily basis. Not worthit and scamming for extra money
