Terrible experience from start to finish. I went in for a simple highlights, and they completely ruined my hair. The color came out nothing like what I asked for -- it was uneven, patchy, and looked like a DIY disaster even after providing correct pictures for reference and everything. To make matters worse, they wasted over 5 hours of my time, constantly going back and forth without a clue of what they were doing. And after all that, they still had the audacity to charge an insanely high price. I walked out feeling furious and disappointed. Absolutely would NOT recommend this place to anyone.

Service is really good. Rukmesh Sen , he is really good in his profession. He gave proper time and did smoothening and hair cut very well . I will recommend please prefer Allon's salon in Sagar.

I went there by taking an appointment a day prior but then also they made me wait for 30min . There staff was unaware about the where the required things are kept.All were asking each other and did my hair highlights without using the right tools and things. After highlights were done they didn't even match the colour of my hairs with the highlights colour that I had chosen in the shade card. For hair cutting I asked him to do steps and he ended up doing layers.I asked him to decrease my hair length but he didn't did that. Won't go this salon ever and won't recommend to anyone. It's full waste of money.

Its childish to say they r unprofessional bcz it takes some time for them to understand ur hair and beard pattern. Then only they can give u fully satisfactory experience so choose one hair designer for urself and stich to him only . My recomendation is Hemant.

Seriously they are just charging too much for simple cleanup. They didn't even ask what kind of cleanup i required and did it and charged 1300 for it. Even the cleanup quality was worst only haircut was nice. I will not prefer this saloon.

Very poor and arrogant staff. Even after telling numerous times to cut properly they made a disaster of my hair. Just kept promoting lorel products and they don't give a damn how the hairstyle comes out to be.

Unprofessional staff. They don't have any idea even about hair cut and styling.no response if you will tell about bad series experience. I will not refer to anyone to use any service of this salon
