The service was excellent, and the staff was generally good. However, the front desk attendant appeared to be quite serious and unfriendly, which did not make a positive first impression when I entered the establishment without a greeting.

Firstly, i went to their 2nd branch for a bob haircut, but they chopped it like a plain trim rather than being styled. But the other day, i went to their main branch to complain. So, now they've fixed it & it's fine now(better than before). All in all, won't recommend u the 2nd branch at any cost, but, would highly recommend the Main branch.

Worst parlour I have experienced, staff is very rude, They charged me extra money for hair cut which is not mentioned in there booklet. That old man who did my haircut is very rude he must learn how to talk with customers

They provide the best haircut ever, I always loved their work . The stylist is awesome and staff members are very cooperative .

Best hair salon in satna specially for women's. They can improve in staff for men's section rest everything seems perfect from pricing to services

I'm extremely extremely disappointed by their unprofessional behaviour. I've been their regular customer from over 3 years and even though I pre-booked my appointment for an haircut, never got it done in time. I legit told them, I had to go somewhere after my haircut and they made me wait for almost an hour, I'm so done with them. No punctuality and happenes almost everytime ://

It's been great experience to get skin and hair treatment done by AKS Satna. Cooperative and humble staff makes you feel like home. Hygiene, product quality, manager's and staff's behaviour, ambience, last but not least owner's concern for customers 10/10.

2 star only for work done. Space looks classy but the service provider are not professional, their way of scissoring is very desi, their way of dealing is not polite. They are not a good listener. But you should try for yourself.
