Initially the service was really good,but later she convinced for keratin treatment.it came off with one wash and never checked or took responsibility. I don't know if expired products were used. But one bad treatment made all good treatments feel like a failure. Dissatisfied with the hair and follow up

I thought she's genuine one, but she burnt my sister's underarm and claiming that it was already one....not accepting her mistake and arguing with us, I take her to visit to our dermologist but she deny to visit... only show off features she have poor n worst service and staff.... don't visit...... Highly dissatisfied......

I did keratin 3 months before N its good with my hairs my hair got bounse N no hair fall at all
