"I recently visited La Bellegente Salon, and while the environment was pleasant and the salon well-maintained, my experience fell short of expectations. I requested a medium-length haircut, but unfortunately, it was cut much shorter than I wanted. Attention to customer requests is crucial, and I felt that was lacking in my visit. Better communication and precision would have made a big difference. If you're particular about your haircut, this might not be the best choice. 2/5 stars."
