I went to this salon last week for a haircut. They cut my hair much shorter than the length they discussed with me, right down to my shoulders. At the time, I didn't notice the length because the hair was set. But later, I realized how short my hair was.I told them earlier that keep the length as you said. I will never go to this salon again.
