Wellness Forever Pharmacy - Parola Road Dhule

Pathetic service by the staff and manager We bought beurer nebulizer from the store , wherein we requested for some other brand but the staff recommended and insisted us to buy the product. The product got dysfunctional in almost 5 months only wherein , they assured the warranty of product to be of 5 years. The staff rudely and ignorantly deny to provide services and they just want to sell products making false commitments . Tarnishing the name of wellness forever and losing our faith in it wherein we make maximum of our needful item and Pharmacutical purchases . Local chemists anytime better , they atleast aren't rude to customers and make things available if they don't have it rather than to paste-up any trash or unwanted brands or products to customers. 1star because negative or zero isn't available, kindly stay away and don't visit this store

The product quality and quantity are satisfying... there is no issue in product but the night staff of this store are the worst... they don't know how to behave with customers or ladies... They really need to be learn manners... I request to the shop owner please take action on this...

Very bad service to patients , specialy by mr Narendra Chaudhari. Not interested to serve good and complete service to patients. At a time they try give service 3 to5 patients. But not complete any one. They hold all 3 to 5 patients at a time. Like patients have so much time to waiting. I suggest to owner plz improve service.

Just visited. This place has everything you need to be healthy. In the city like dhule you don't get these products offline like this store has we have to rely on online shopping for products like fish oils, multivitamins etc... If they give some discounts then this shop is where I'm buying in future.

Very Bad experience. I had purchased Colgate electric brush for kids, now it's not working and I called store and ask for help. Mr. Hasad told they are not liable for any after sales service.

The staff present during night are worst.They don't know how to react with customer.They treat them as a robbers.
