Worst service received from staff asI had done hair smoothening there My hairs are very damaged.I asked them about how can this happens.Their rude behaviour annoyed me.They are not accepting their faults.They are saying do complaint we don't care

It's really good salon. I was last client. My haircut and colouring and cleanup has taken almost 3.5 hrs. Still they waited for me. It 11 pm . They gave good service. Thank you.

Never visiting again. The number provided in the images doesn't work. Had to go there to take an appointment. It was full and the receptionist was not interested. In between enquiry she got up of chair and went inside. Disregard of customer. I took number for appointment for next day. So that I don't have to make another empty visit. She never picked up the calls to take the appointments. Weird staff. Unwelcoming behaviour. Not treated as the brand usually treats customers in cities!

It's a very good salon with good services. Staff is efficient. Ambience is nice. It's open for long hours, so is convenient. It is also cost efficient. Great for entire family.

Very bad service.....asked to wait me for almost 1 hr and finally said we cant do haircut today ....come tomorrow.....sick people dont have value for customers time

Worst experience the staff doesn't have any knowledge about hair cutting they cut my hair very bad don't know how to hold the scissor also

It was worst so now it's closed permanently,the staff and management was third class ,hope it never reopens again with the same franchise and staff.

The best hair salon in jalna, I totally recommend this place for any hair or skin procedures. The staff was so sweet and friendly it really is the best parlour in jalna
