Worset salon experience ever. They let their students to cut the hair who doesn't even know how to handle the scesors. The guy didn't even used hair clips or Comb atleast while cutting my hair. Levels was pathetic of my hairs. The best part is that he doesn't even know how to remove the appron properly all the hairs went into the short. I will strongly recommend to not go their at all if you are not into being a dummy for a new salon student.

the salon is overall good and also clean. akshata who does facials and skin treatments is good as well, really great at what she does. the owner however is very rude, she keeps degrading our features in a bad way and keeps forcing continuously to get other services done especially when she isn't even good at it. their membership scheme is a scam. its expensive depending upon the services they provide. the same thing happened w my friend who went there and she told me they usually charge too much for nothing. i stopped visiting almost a year ago, my mom who still goes there to get facials done from akshata also experienced that the owner kept forcing her to get services done from her & when she massaged her back, her back started hurting and is still paining. the site forces us to give atleast one star for the reviews otherwise i wouldn't have even given that.

It's 3 years now that I have taken membership of the saloon. Their service is really great and always have had best experience. The workers are mostly permanent which helps in availing same quality services throughout. Always will recommend Ratna Singh for Pedicure/Manicure and Akshata for facial/cleanup

I am being visited live salon from last 2years, it's a great place and staffs are also welcoming, My stylist Poonam is incredibly talented and knowledgeable too.. I have taken hair treatments, facial and massages too. I highly recommend Live salon.

I got eyebrow threading and clean up done here jst some days and I'm breaking out like crazy, I'm getting pimples near my eyebrows and forehead alot after the threadings and alot of pimples on my overall face after clean up....Would not recommend this salon.

FRAUD. They sell memberships, saying that the services mentioned in their card can be utilized in a year. When I went to avail myself of the services, the owner told me "you didn't tell me you wanted to opt for membership services." I think it makes basic sense that if any services are pending, they have to be finished first. They only want to swindle money from you. Later they asked me to discard the card as all the data was saved in some nonsense portal of theirs. Trusting them I threw away the card. None of them ever bothered to inform me about the pending services or the last day of my membership. Now, when I go to redeem my pending services, they come back to me saying that my membership has expired, and they cannot redeem my services FOR WHICH I HAVE ALREADY PAID IN ADVANCE. Moreover, Clients have no access to this portal, to see how many services are pending or what is the actual cost of the other paid service. I am sure they are overcharging all the additional service & later giving a discount to please the client. They say "appko bill aapke mobile number pe aajayega"; which comes & disappears in a week giving you no track record as to when & at what cost (breakup) you paid for the pervious visit. These people only make a fool of you, take money, and show no responsibility for the service they provide. I request NOT to take any salon services from them, as they are not at all clear with their deliverables. Some of the reviews with rosy words are given by their staff itself.
