Loved the experience of getting a spa and haircut over here. The staff is very sweet and my hair feels good

Terrible experience! I came last minute to get a pedicure and my gel polish removed and she messed up my toenails. They did not know how to properly remove gel polish and on top of that did a poor job cutting my nails. After I simply asked for a simple clear color, they did not have and decided to overcharge me for poor service. I would skip this place and maybe find a different nail salon.

This salon is the best in lonavla. The most great this is facial here. They give the best massage and the makes us feel to relaxed. Also they are very sweet and polite. There salon is hygienic. I advise you to give a visit..!!

Expired products!! Facial and bleach products were expired, luckily I checked the date on box before she applied. Shop owner started defending herself by blaming it on the girl who works there!!! Staff is not trained and applied facemask on eye lids. I will never visit, zero product knowledge and not professional at all! Nail paints were dried and again she blamed the girl who works there

If there was an option of giving a 0 review- that is what I wouldve done. The guy doing my hair barely knew how to do a simple blowdry. Hair all frizzy from the roots. The certifcates on the wall are all fake. The maharastrian owner- v v rude and wouldnt listen if we would tell her that the blowdry wasnt right. Had no job card to cross check the prices. Took 700 for a wash n messed up blowdry. DO NOT GO EVER. Save your money. Do it at home.

Friendly attitude! Loved Pratiksha's chirpiness n apt work n Ranjana's caring advices! My crazy coffee requirement was taken care of! Opted tan clear facial n keratin treatment for hair n eyebrow threading... a bit over my budget, but the compliments I recieved truly waived the worry off... However, I would request the team, to ensure no disturbance while a massage in progress.... someone was sitting out n watching loud reels during my massage, n I was unable to relax! Also a bit more of hygiene to be ensured, the changing cloth was smelling of sweat n swirled my stomach ... but was changed spontaneously upon reporting!

I had done facial and dandruff treaent from pratiksha She is outstanding Very humble very polite Massage is very goood. Saloon is very neat and clean. Just best service in lonavala. They gave full time to you only. Not other client. Thanks pratiksha
