Very pathetic service, especially if you are going for a haircut. The hairstylist is extremely arrogant and refuses to accept his own mistakes. I had to leave in between with only half my hair blow-dried because their dryers don't work on backup power. When I asked if I could come back later for the blow dry, I was initially told no. After insisting, they reluctantly agreed but told me to wash my hair at home first before returning. The blow dry was then done by a new trainee who is still learning. Overall, a terrible experience--poor service, unprofessional behavior, and zero accountability. Definitely not recommending this place!

Great experience, had travel from murud just to get hair treatment, polite staff and well experienced trained hair dresser.

Recently my sister got married and we booked this makeup artist for her makeup and other stuff. We thought they would reach our expectation but what they did was not upto the mark and had given lame answers stating that their products were nice and what not!!! I guess their products are nice but the artist has zero knowledge of it
