Riddhis makeover

Worst experience! Unprofessional behaviour! I had booked Riddhi's services for 5 bridal makeovers over period of 3 days. The booking was done one month ahead of the wedding. She committed to do all makeovers first hand. On first day, her elder sister did the makeover and she was absent, on the second day's morning she told us she would be there but she wasn't. She told she would come soon but she was again absent for 3rd makeover. Her assistants and her elder sister spoilt all looks. We had to book a different artist for the wedding day to save the day. I would not want anyone to go through what we went through in these last 3 days. Don't believe instagram pictures, go and firsthand get your makeovers done from artists who would actually do your makeup on the wedding day.

If you're visiting Riddhis makeover, book with Riddhi, not her elder sister. We had a very negative experience with her--she was constantly combative, which is the last thing you need for a wedding. For sider's hair accessories, bring your own, as they won't inform you in advance. I assumed they'd provide them, like other parlors, but was told last minute they couldn't help. The elder sister also claimed my hair was too short for a bun, but another staff member stepped in and saved the day. There's a lack of communication, and she gives unsolicited opinions without consulting the team. Additionally, during my sister's pre-bridal appointment, the elder sister made a judgmental comment about our financial capabilities based on the package we selected. It was completely inappropriate and unprofessional behavior, and I almost canceled the appointment, but finding a new parlor last minute was difficult. On the other hand, Riddhi is sweet, professional, and helpful--she did a wonderful job with my sister's evening makeup. We really missed her in the morning. In summary, avoid booking with the elder sister--she lacks manners and is overly judgmental.

Really very bad experience...I booked appointment with her ...but she sent her assistant for makeup...our makeup look was really very bad...very disappointed
