Shagufta Beauty Clinic Hobby and Cooking Classes

My wife recently visited Shagufta Parlour and had a highly unsatisfactory experience. The staff was incredibly arrogant and unprofessional. They were dismissive of her requests and showed no interest in providing quality service. It's evident that the parlour only prioritizes bridal services, as they seemed completely unprepared and unwilling to cater to regular customers. My daughter in for a simple haircut , but the staff acted as if her requests were beneath them. We would not recommend this parlour to anyone looking for basic services. The lack of professionalism and respect for customers is unacceptable. Save your time and money and choose a salon that values its clients.

If it were possible I would not have given even 1 star. I visited the parlor on Friday. After going inside no one came to talk to me. Even after seeing us, the working ladies there did not come to talk to us and when we called them and talked to them, they were talking very rudely and in a rush.Those people did not explain anything to me properly nor did they clarify the matter. I request Rafat ma'am to teach her workers some manners about how to talk to customers.

Extremely pathetic parlour of the city. Staff is untrained and rude. Poor hygiene. Wax had ants. Below average service. Complete waste of money and time and energy. Won't visit again. I recommend everyone NOT TO VISIT this place ever.

Very useless.There is not even 0.001% of hygiene.i was there to learn makeup and sme other sort of stuff related believe me they don't want you to actually get learned..... That's it
