I've been visiting this salon for the past 8-10 months, and the experience has only gone downhill. For a place that charges mid-premium prices, the service and quality are nowhere near worth it. My last visit was the final straw, I asked for a simple taper fade, even showed the stylist a reference picture, but he completely messed it up. It was nothing like what I asked for, and what's worse, he seemed totally okay with it. If it weren't for my friend insisting on multiple adjustments, I would've walked out with an even bigger disaster. Even after the corrections, the cut was still bad--something I could've gotten for 50 at a roadside salon. The biggest issue is that the stylists here are just not trained well. Every time I visit, there's a new face, and it's clear they don't know what they're doing. The only person who actually has skill is the owner, but obviously, he can't handle every customer. To add to the frustration, even with an appointment, I always end up waiting 10-15 minutes. And if someone walks in for a quick beard trim or shape-up, they get served before me, despite me waiting longer.
