Shraddha Hair Beauty Spa and Makeup .

I have always had a great experience visiting this salon for haircuts, but unfortunately, my recent visit for eyebrow shaping and cleanup was very disappointing. Shraddha Aunty was not there, and the afternoon staff, particularly a lady named Smita, was extremely rude. When I requested her to shape my eyebrows properly, she got angry, spoke rudely, made unpleasant facial expressions, and even pushed my head aggressively when I couldn't keep my eyes steady. Throughout the process, she kept saying that my eyebrows were too thick to shape and that I had too many pimples, which was unprofessional and unnecessary. Additionally, the cleanup service was completely ineffective--it was done in just 15 minutes, and they did not properly clean my pimples. Instead of addressing the issue, they simply gave excuses. Due to this unpleasant experience, I will not be visiting the salon again and cannot recommend it to others. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures better customer service in the future.
