Highly recommend this salon Each and every staff member , they were also so kind and patient throughout the process. I availed the hair treatment deal and I was surprised to see how much effort each worker put in to satisfy my needs Specially The manger Disha, Stylish Hair dress Rizwan , Vishal , Rehaan , Amir And the Beautian too Aarti, Priya , Gulshan ,My mother who went to avail the same deal went around 11 am morning and while there closing time , they made sure to take their time and not rush at all. they was there till and not once did any of the team member make faces or complain about getting late , they also listen to the customer and do their magic to turn ur desired look on.. Fully satisfied So impressed! Good job to the whole team, I'm for sure gonna be a regular as since from 2019 I'm here Ashraf's Scissor's Hands salon& Academy (Powai Main Branch)

I had a very good experience. I went for a hair botox with haircut and it was pretty well done by Rizwan and Rehan. Also Kusum was very good and Disha the Manager was also very helpful and assisted me very well. Overall the staff was very nice and polite. Will visit in future too and I highly recommend Ashraf Scissors to others too. Thank you Ashraf Scissors Salon! Keep up the good work and atmosphere

Bad experience,staff are arrogant I did the carasmooth and within one month its gone how it can be possible than i complaint to the salon they only did blow dry to my hair to that's it. I will not suggest to go there for any services.

I went to the Kharghar branch and Ruksana tried to scam me. I got late and I informed that I will be late in the morning itself yet they insisted that I should go after 8 and used that against me saying she didn't charge you extra and gave you the treatment late at night. Both the main branch and this new branch aren't very well with customers. They try to loot and kharghar branch doesn't give proper service. They also have hidden charges so ask for any before taking any service. I did ask and yet got scammed. When I wanted to stop and didn't wanna proceed with the service next day I asked them to return the remaining amount and they started acting wild.

Rehaan did a great job at the highlights for hair. Special mention to Aarti for the fabulous job at my gel polish. Her recommendations for designs were spot on

I had a very good experience today. The foot massage, hair colour and hair cut was exact to how I wanted it to be. They were very polite, no upselling tactics, no unnecessary conversations but just focused work and quite, clean, ambience.i will be visiting again soon. Thank you ashrafs salon ! I was a regular customer and had visited 2 days back. They post offers on insta and then when u visit they deny. On showing them their insta pages they agreed. But the service was compromised. For instance head massage was suppose to be 30 mins but in offer they only gave 15 mins as the price was 50% less. The hair stylist was very rude not just with his colleagues but towards me as well. His colleague had asked for comb that was his and my stylist was using. He just threw it away. I had requested him not to cut hair small enough that my injury mark should be visible. But he purposely did that. There are lot other salons in galleria would prefer and advise people to visit them.

I recently got my Nanoplastia done and I have to say that Rehan, Vishal and Miss.Aarti, they did an extremely wonderful job and the service provided was very polite and worth the price. I would definitely recommend the hairstyling service in this Salon.
