Not a good place to go.. staff was so in hurry.. he didn't apply conditioner after wash.. Nd not cut the hair as we want.. even not gv good blow dry also.. even cut my hairs very short.. Not upto the mark place to go..

A nice new parlour recently opened opp SNDT. It is on two levels and the staircase is a bit steep! Friendly capable Staff Opens by 10 o'clock but best to take an appointment and come 11 is a better bet! Members get 20 percent discount Recommend that you try it once !

I didn't like this salon at all, it was the first experience I had and for me it was terrible, I paid a fortune to cut my hair and get highlights, I liked the haircut but not the highlights, because it didn't stay strand by strand it looks like I dyed all my hair and it didn't turn out the color I wanted, I asked for it to start at the roots but no, it only left half of the hair down at the front, it didn't really set and on top I spent 6 hours of time doing so many processes for nothing, it wouldn't hurt me to pay so much but I left the room satisfied, I swore never to return to this room again

Belladona salon is located in andheri east. The staff is very humble and hardworking. The rates are slightly higher but worth paying for the services provided by salon. I got a haircut from this salon. The haircut done by Rizwan is commendable. I asked the owner that i want haircut from Rizwan only and now I am realising that it was the best decision. Rizwan is very hardworking and focuses on every minor thing to give the best haircut. Suggesting to get haircut done from Rizwan as he is the best hairstylist

I liked the package offered to me which included haircut and facial really worth the value i payed recommended this place to visit.

If I could give it zero star I would. Poor customer service, the lady on the front desk is rude and does not know how to talk to the customers, and do not take the owners word. The only good thing about this place might the working staff who did a good job and probably get paid minimal wage. The owner said he would do a package (discount) for me including mani pedi and facial, why don't I book an appointment. So I did and visited them. In the process of mani pedi my thumb got hurt and was bleeding. It has swollen while writing this review. There could even be an infection to it. They did not even say sorry or compensate for it. After my facial I expected them to give me a discount but the women on the front desk started giving excuses and talking rudely to me. Avoid this place at all costs.

Just had an haircut, the barber doesn't get the brief right, even my brother got beard trimming, they even can't trim a beard, they Fked his case royally

It's good but not given 5 points .. I had been there for my 1.5 years baby girl hair cut ... It was okay okay .. Earlier I had been there for my hair services as well it was good that time specially hair stylist Pravin was there .. now he has moved out from Belladonna n after that I have not received any quality service as such.. I will not recommend for baby hair cut as such..
