Charvi Beauty Parlour and Academy

I think the owner is a good lady (just had conversation on phone, no personal experience). However, the staff is horrible. I went there for waxing, I told her many times that the wax is very hot, she didn't responded to me once. I could see my skin getting red but she acted as deaf and dumb. I just stopped her there itself and went to another salon. And even she clean with dirty clothes after waxing. The only reason I visited there because it is cheapier than the market. Hygiene- 0/5 Professionalism of staff- 0/5 Price- cheaper than market (only reason to visit) NOT RECOMMENDED

Extremely clean area! Greeted very warmly upon my entrance and seated almost immediately.Very pleasant atmosphere, especially considering the difficult times we are all facing with the current pandemic.Thank you so much for everything you do - you're a truly talented stylist and beautician and I always enjoy my appointments. I'm already looking forward to my next appointment.

I went to Charvi salon, as I got a voucher of 980 Rs for around 7-8 services. I first wanted hair spa and haircut. For spa they just applied a conditioner, no steam and no proper massage was done. And after 5 minutes washed it. I was reluctant for haircut but I thought I can give it a try. And the girl cut my hair horribly. I felt terrified on looking my hair from back. Not worth even a single visit.

Clean parlour with very good quality products used. Value for money. Well trained dedicated staff. I am very satisfied with the service and am looking forward to going here again.

Very bad service. There are all new staff in the shop, who don't have proper training. They are not able to do any task properly and endup hurting the customer. I would suggest everyone not to go here.

Ruined my eyebrows, Inspite of telling her to keep the shape.. Idiot Afreen.. Peeled off my skin in the name of chocolate wax.. And forced me to use chocolate wax.
