Excellent experience! needed a quick hair wash, and while it was ongoing decided to get my nails done and it felt like a breeze, they were extremely professional. Sachin did my hair fabulously. Nikita was on my nails and Shaista Ensured everything went smoothly as usual. This chain of salons is really good, and they've never let me down or made me wait.

I had a very pleasant experience today at Harsha and Rakesh salon. The staff was very understanding of my needs and only suggested the services which was necessary for my needs and understood what I wanted perfectly. Mr. Arif was especially very good and I was fully satisfied with his services and very happy with his way of professionalism. Thank you so much for giving me what I wanted.

The nails were amazing...I got the nails exactly as i wanted them...perfect experience and I'd love to come here again. Kudos to Nikita who did my nails and did them perfectly...would also like to acknowledge Shaista the manager of the Inorbit branch for being a great host

Very disappointed with my haircut. Asif kept cutting my hair shorter and shorter without properly checking the balance. Now, both sides are uneven and it looks messy. Would not recommend if you're looking for a clean, professional cut.

Unprofessional, may be due to Sunday crowd, but still, unacceptable for the price Charged and service received. I didn't come here for rushed treatment just for the sake of getting it done. Ambiguity in hair length considerations and overcharging based on their will inspite of clear mention in their rate card.
