Kwairah - Luxury Salon and Makeover Studio

I went in there for a head massage, hair wash and blow dry and a facial cleanup and ended up getting an upgrade and a detan as well. The head massage was very relaxing and refreshing. My hairs look better and hydrated due to the hot oil massage, steam and a good wash. The cleanup was a superb experience for me as well; the pressure on the face was perfect and also she was so jolly, helpful and knowledgeable about what would work best on my skin and it look better. I've taken their yearly memberships, so far I had great services. This around I had a detan and rice oil facial done. The results were pretty good. Aanchal's facial massage was perfect. The slow deep pressure massage was perfect and was extremely relaxing.

The ambience was really cozy. Staff was very comfortable and sweet, will make u feel super relaxed. Absolutely worth for the price. Especially the staff Ms. Anjali she was very friendly. Overall loved the experience.

I never asked for chocolate wax!!! Charged me 1300 for a "simple arms and leg waxing". They used some other wax without asking me instead of regular honey wax! I asked if they can do Brazilian wax and they said "no our machine is broken". Honestly, I never said I was ok with any special kind of wax for arms and legs!!! I wasn't informed about the prices before hand. If something is an addon to regular service/prices it is your duty to inform the customer. On the other hand half of the stuff is broken. There's no working door bell or a door to the waxing/changing room. I don't think the place has proper hygiene. On what basis are you charging the premium pricing? I would not recommend Kwairah salon to anyone. This is simply cheating, to charge one customer who shows up to your empty salon.
