I had hair spa and mani pedi she went beyond provided the best massage that I didn't even know i needed. All through the session we was guiding me what is good for my body. Hey! Just wanted to say I had a really good experience today. The pedicure was super relaxing, and the waxing was done really neatly, barely felt any discomfort, which was great. The hair spa left my hair feeling soft and smooth, and the back massage was honestly so calming. Threading was clean and painless, and I really liked the Korean Glass facial, my skin feels so fresh and glowy. Thanks for the lovely service and the calm vibe throughout. Really appreciate it!

Disappointing Experience - Lack of Professionalism and Poor Service Standards I had a very disappointing experience with Rose Lady Home Salon and would not recommend their services to anyone expecting professionalism and reliability. I initially requested an appointment for 4:00 PM, but was informed that the professional would only be available by 5:30 PM, which I accepted without issue. However, by 5:55 PM, the professional had still not arrived. When I followed up, I was told she was "on her way." By 6:40 PM, I decided to cancel the appointment due to the excessive delay. Despite this, the professional arrived at 7:30 PM--over three hours past the original time. I refused the service at that point, as such disregard for punctuality is unacceptable. Customers have schedules and commitments too; arriving at any random time without proper communication reflects poorly on the service. Additionally,during a prior appointment for my sister, the professional came unprepared--asking us for tissues, a manicure bowl, sheets, and even requested boiled water. This raises serious concerns about the professionalism and training of their staff. When I inquired further, I was told that most of their "experts" are actually commission-based workers who are trained by watching videos, rather than receiving formal hands-on training. This lack of proper tools, preparation, and training is extremely concerning. A home salon service should bring the necessary equipment and be qualified to perform treatments safely and effectively. Sadly, this experience showed a clear absence of both. Think twice before booking with Rose Lady Home Salon if you're looking for reliable, well-trained professionals who respect your time and offer quality service.

The overall experience with rose salon was very good. Beauty therapist Priyanka had done a very good job. She is very polite, friendly and very talented. Very good service and value for money. Highly recommended to others.

I purchased multiple services from Rose Lady home salon and they provided awesome service. They sent Anjali Godghate who was extremely professional and very efficient in her work. I would highly recommend their service and especially Anjali taai is the best.

I got services done by jyoti kakkad. She came on time and did a fabulous job. I liked her wax and mai pedi, and mostly all her services. Thank you for wonderful job done. It was relaxing.
