I 1st time took a body massage at home, and it was my first time using such a service. I must say, it was a really good experience. Farha came on time, brought all the things needed, and was very polite and professional. She made me feel comfortable right from the start. Her massage was very relaxing, and she focused on the areas where I had pain and tension. I felt so much better and lighter afterward. The oil she used had a nice smell, and everything was neat and clean. For a first-time experience, it went beyond my expectations. I would definitely recommend Farha to anyone looking for a good and relaxing massage at home.

I am a regular client of HeyKudi. As I don't get to visit the salon often so I call for home services. For the first time, I took their Special Hair treatment -Botox which was beautifully done by their beautician Ms. Sonia. She was very gentle with my hairs and well behaved in nature. I would definitely like to take some other services from her again. Thanks

I had a very disappointing experience with my recent appointment scheduled for 2:00 PM. Unfortunately, the service did not meet my expectations for the following reasons: Late Arrival: The assigned Hey Kudi professional arrived 30 minutes late without any prior notice. Unprofessional Setup: She did not place a cloth on the bed before starting the services, which felt unhygienic. Incorrect Assignment: Although we had requested two separate professionals, the one not assigned to me ended up doing my facial. She rushed through it and asked me to wash my face on my own, without properly cleaning it. Hygiene Concerns: For the pedicure, the same water used for the first client was reused for me. This is highly unprofessional and unhygienic. Rushed Services: Both the manicure and pedicure felt extremely rushed, as the professionals were clearly in a hurry to attend their next appointment. The quality of the services was poor and incomplete. Additional Charges: While we agreed to pay the travel charges, we were still charged extra without clear justification. Unprofessional Behavior: Throughout the session, both professionals were gossiping and laughing, which made the experience uncomfortable and unrelaxing. Overall, I am not happy with the service provided and hope appropriate steps are taken to improve the customer experience in the future.
