Kutz The Salon Medical Square

Worst Experience Ever at Kutz the Salon (Nagpur) I recently visited Kutz Hair Salon for a haircut and hair coloring treatment on the bottom portion of my hair, and unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment from start to finish. The stylist attending to me was Anvar, and right from the beginning, things went wrong. I clearly communicated that I wanted the color applied only 4 cm from the bottom as this was my first time trying this kind of color treatment. I explained that if I didn't like the color, I could always cut my hair at that length. However, Anvar applied bleach to nearly double the length (8 cm), which was far from what I requested. When I questioned him, he mentioned that he would "cut the hair from the bottom" to fix the mistake, but I was not willing to compromise my hair length due to his error. To make matters worse, after the bleaching process, my hair turned yellow to 8 cm, which was not what I expected. They suggested applying a black color on top to cover up the mistake, but I refused, feeling like they were treating me as an object instead of listening to my preferences. I am paying for a service, not for them to fix their errors by just doing whatever they want. The final color I received was nothing like the violet-pink shade I had chosen from the sample. Instead, my hair was nearly black with a faded brown tint, which could only be seen in certain lighting--and even then, it was barely visible. I spent over 5 hours at the salon, and my hair was left damaged, with no real result or apology from the staff. Despite my frustration, the staff, including the manager, only offered a simple "sorry" without any explanation or attempt to resolve the situation. It felt like my concerns were dismissed and that the salon took no responsibility for their mistakes. This was, without a doubt, one of the worst salon experiences I've had, and I regret spending my five hours for nothing here. I would not recommend this salon to anyone looking for professional and attentive service.

Absolutely loved my experience at Kutz,Medical Square! The salon is super clean, stylish, and has a very calming vibe. The staff is professional, polite, and really know what they're doing. I got a haircut and a Kerastase treatment my hair feels amazing! They genuinely listen to what you want and deliver beyond expectations. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for top-notch service in Nagpur!
