Honestly, Kutz Salon, Shivaji Nagar, Nagpur is amazing! The staff is super friendly and actually listens to what you want. I got a haircut and a hair spa, and my hair feels sooo soft now. The whole vibe of the salon is really nice and clean, which makes the experience even better. Also, they use really good products, and the service is totally worth it. Definitely my new favorite salon! If you're looking for a place that actually does a great job, this is it.

I had a very disappointing experience at your salon. Despite clearly instructing the stylist, Anuj, not to bleach my hair, he went ahead and did it without my consent. This not only goes against my explicit request but has also severely damaged my hair. I'm highly dissatisfied with the careless and unprofessional approach. Such negligence is unacceptable, and I will not be returning. Very poor service overall.

Easily the worst experiences of getting a haircut I have had. The stylist cut my ear while cutting and there was absolutely no remorse, apologies or acknowledgement from the staff. Anyone with an ounce of professionalism wouldve apologised and comped it but all I expected was an apology but the staff couldnt be bothered with that either. Would not recommend this branch at all.
