I have been a loyal customer to Kutz when it comes to hair colouring and I won't be joking around when I say this because I have gotten it done for the 6th time now. This shows my trust in the staff appointed. The service and the service providers (staff) and the one who did my hair this time at Shraddhanand peth branch , I'm sure were all amateurs. They have charged me for an experts capacity but I am left with hair that looks like what we call "chapri"!!!! Despite asking their opinion, telling and showing them pictures of on what lines I want my hair to be done , still nothing on my hair has come out even close to what I wanted. It's no joke to walk around with hair that looks nothing but bleached golden after throwing in money for what they asked (over 12k) and imagine me carrying such hair for next few months/years. I'm highly disappointed and unsatisfied. I was so mad furious for a few days but coming in and creating a ruckus doesn't make sense since the damage is already done. My strong advise to the owner- if you are opening up multiple branches, and distributing your staff, make sure they are equally skilled because if you let learner stage staff take charge of your customer's hair, I'm sure they can only do what they know and not what your customers want! Writing such a review was difficult for me, but I had to do something to show how much I hate how my hair looks right now! Don't feel like giving even 1/2 a star
