Dear Team, I am writing to share my disappointment with the service I experienced at your salon today during my pedicure appointment. Upon my arrival, one of your staff members attended to me and asked me to dip my feet into the salt tub. However, after that, she left to attend to another client and made me sit in the pedicure chair for 40 minutes without any reason or update. This situation was highly inconvenient, as I was unable to move from the pedicure chair during this time. If there was a shortage of staff, it would have been more appropriate to inform me and ask me to wait in the waiting area, rather than leaving me in such an uncomfortable situation. I hope you will address this issue and take necessary steps to improve your service standards to ensure that no other client has a similar experience.

The staff were really welcoming and the one stylized my hair was so attentive to my description about my haircut and they got me my dream haircut I'm happy to say this was my first visit but im gonna visit this salon again.

I did a Haircut today It was too Good But I am giving you One Star Because as compare to haircut your prize was low... I Am expecting you should increase your rate's... Because of your beautiful ambiance and Great service

I went there for hair cut and hair colour, threading But the place is very dirty They made me wear a apron which was stinking and all around dust which was not cleaned up I experienced irritation after threading around my eyebrows as I doubt the thread used was of bad quality They asked me to go for hair spa which too was not satisfactory After washing my hairs they didn't bother to clean the neck and back side which was covered with the cream used for spa Washing not done properly So I experienced irritation on my scalp for almost 2 days

The wait time was the longest at 30mins+. Service did make up for some of it. I would expect more professional cuts for the price. Also please sanitize all your equipment between clients.

Just had my first appointment here and loved every bit of my experience with YRS salon. Did hair smoothing by Shailesh and the result was just awesome. Overall service was great, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Definitely recommend this salon.
