I had an amazing experience at Better Look Family Salon and Academy in Taloja Phase 1, Navi Mumbai. I tried their back massage and foot massage, and both were absolutely fantastic--so relaxing and refreshing! The staff is highly skilled and ensures complete comfort throughout the service. I also had a facial, and it was the best I've ever experienced! My skin felt rejuvenated and glowing. The salon maintains excellent hygiene, and the ambiance is soothing. First of all pls request to keep it clean whn the haircut are done see to it that the hairs are pickeup immediately it's very unhygienic I really dnt like tht Now comes my service had gone for hair color it dnt come i paid 5k nothing I wasted my .money when i had highlights kidar gaye pata nahi hairbwash kiya highlights gayab. Water is also cold no hot water for hair wash. Sorry but will not visit again sorry

This is the best salon in this area I must say. 1st of all their staffs are very well behaved and organised in their task. And secondly they are very genuine with the costing part. The expert beautician analyzed my skin type and suggested a facial that left my skin glowing and refreshed. The products used were of high quality, and the massage was heavenly. Manicure & Pedicure - A truly pampering experience! From exfoliation to moisturizing, the process was soothing and left my hands and feet feeling silky smooth. Feedback on Recent Visit to Salon Beauty Look I wanted to take a moment to share my experience during my recent visit to beauty look Salon, which I feel compelled to express due to the numerous issues I encountered. I initially went in for a facial wax, but unfortunately, the staff seemed quite clueless and used a different type of wax than what was agreed upon. It was evident that the employee lacked proper training and awareness of the services being provided. After voicing my concerns, we both agreed on a hair treatment instead, where I received botox from Ayaan. He genuinely worked hard on my hair and did a commendable job; however, after the first wash, my hair turned curly unexpectedly. Additionally, during our discussions prior to the treatment, it was mentioned that I would receive a hair spa as part of my package. Therefore, when I planned to return for the hair spa on Wednesday, December 18th, 2024, I called ahead only to find myself facing more complications. Despite being told to come in and wait for 20 minutes upon arrival, I ended up waiting for two hours without any clear communication about the delay. Overall, this experience felt unprofessional and left me feeling undervalued as a customer. My time is precious, and having my plans disrupted was quite frustrating. Given these circumstances, I cannot recommend your salon to others who wish to spend their hard-earned money wisely. Thank you for taking the time to read my feedback.
