I visited the Airoli outlet recently for hair color & hair treatment. It was an excellent experience the staff is courteous the work was very good and I'm very happy with the color &the treatment. Also they don't have the annoying habit of pushing product or services unless asked for a view. Overall good experience.

I recently had a Nanoplastia hair treatment at HIVE - Airoli, and it was a total disaster. The owner Afrin assured me that this treatment would leave my hair smooth, shiny, and frizz-free for 8-9 months, but it lasted only for 2.5 months. It really felt cheated by Afrin as it felt that she was aware of this whole situation would arise after few months & still she asked me to put more money into it for better results which I didn't got.She kept on blaming her staff for not doing the treatment properly but the fact is she herself did it on the 2nd time but again blamed it on her staff. HIVE salon is not self sufficient to do this type of treatments as they don't know anything if their treatment fails & no customer service to help your client as such point. When the treatment was complete, my hair looked somewhat smoother. My hairs were washed in the salon itself and at that time hairs was smooth & Frizz free. later after 2days when I washed my hair at home the result was shocking. The frizz was back almost immediately, and there was no sign of the promised shine and smoothness. I contacted Afrin to express my concerns, but she asked me to redo the whole process which I agreed which again took so much of my time. Later when I washed my hairs the Frizz was back & I again reported this to them. She suggested I should again go through the whole treatment which I denied as it was 3rd time in 15days to apply those chemicals on my hair. Then she suggested I purchase additional products to maintain the treatment, which felt like an unnecessary and expensive add-on but still I did as I already invested so much of my time into this whole process. After 2 and half months the Frizz again started showing but I was out of town I was unable to report this at that time but when I came back & raised concerns about this but I was dismissed by Afrin by saying that it's more than 3 months which was not true I have all the proof to show . She didn't even bothered to call me to the salon and check how did this happen even after doing the whole process twice & using their expensive products too. Felt like she knew that this is not going to last as per her commitment. I was assured that this treatment will last for about 8-9months. And since I already did this treatment last year I was aware about this. I did ask for refund which was declined but Afrin should have some decency to call me at her salon and try to identify the reason for this failed treatment. Overall, this Nanoplastia treatment at HIVE Airoli was a waste of time and money. My hair is now in worse condition than before, and I'm left dealing with the damage. I would not recommend this treatment from HIVE SALON AIROLI to anyone as they don't have any decency or courtesy to show to their customers.

This is the most awful salon i have ever come across. Don't trust the ambience and the aesthetics of the salon. One year ago i went here to get my hair done basically a haircut. These people use the cheapest and very low quality products on your hair which degrade the hair quality the haircut looked nice there because of styling but since that day my hair as became extremely frizzy and brittle which is unmanageable. Its been a year and since then I can't restore my hair quality this happend with my friends too PLS DON'T GO TO THIS SALON AT ALL. Only if u want to damage your hair then only go. Rubbish

I had a hair treatment done along with highlights and the treatment turned out to be awesome, above my expectations. Afrin and the staff was friendly and helpful, they were very accomodating of the customisations I suggested to add.

Best salon in Airoli sector 19. Best services. Barber shakib is best in men's haircut and beard and overall. Owner Ms. Afreen is very coordinative. It's a unisex salon. Must visit.
