Dear Team, Please treat all customers and all service equal. When you have given complementary services with a condition of not attending on weekend then at-least don't refuse taking service on a weekday. That too after knowing the service simply denying just coz it was a complementary service without accompanied by any paid service. If you had client then you should've declined at the first go and not after knowing the service. Or else please mention this condition as well that you will not entertain complementary services without any paid service. I would surely not visit again neither would recommend anyone! In my previous visits I had seen you doing it with another customer and today I got experienced myself.

I usually visit Sassy for haircut and pedicure services. I've always received very good service. Recently me and my daughter had a haircut done by stylist Ganesh and I had a pedicure done by Sangeeta. Both were excellent! Our haircuts were exactly the way we wanted and even the hair colour suggested by Ganesh looks very nice and natural (just the way I wanted) Thank you Sassy team!
