I would like to give honest feedback. She was Punctual and got good products as well. However, I am not happy with her service. She waxed so roughly, the strip was not even placed properly and peeled faster and faster due to which I got redness and bumps, lot of skin irritation. After telling her to be slow down, she replied that I am working since 7 years so itna to speed hoga na. Secondly, i didn't like the way she was talking like she is my friend. Like "tu kay karte and tu kutli ahe " and all. I asked her politely that do you talk like this with everyone on which she replied that I am elder to you and I have a son doing BSC or something. I am a Professor by profession and I think we should maintain our behaviour no matter how good we are at our work. Finallly, I want to bring to your notice that she dropped wax drops on the floor which our maid complained about. I would have attached the picture that my tiles look so dirty and dark. I want to add on about the facial she did, not satisfied at all, pores not cleaned at all and rushed like anything. Really really disappointed.

I did booking on Sunday between 10-12 and they said beautician will only come at 9-9.30 and cancelled my booking..it was very well prebooked still they did same .

Worst salon. Worst service. I have booked appointment and they didn't give me any confirmation. And when they messaged me they gave me different slot than I have booked. Worst beauty salon. Don't ever book from here.

Unexperienced beautician they have. The service provided was killing. There is no one to take responsibility for the bad service. Highly unprofessional. Worst ever experience of my life. I wish I could give 0 stars.

The worst service ever...all their beautician are less than 6 months experience and they want to experiment them on us...on app they have given the option on repeated beautician can be re called for next service but when you actually book for, they do not assign... would never recommend anyone to opt even for tiny little service as well.Thank you

I would never, never recommend services by get look. Their beauticians are ill mannered and untrained, unprofessional. I had booked O3 shine and glow facial, bleach, rica wax, pedi/ meni, sad to say all the services were below average. I paid extra for premium beautician.The beautician Malina is the same beautician who came for my services and I didn't like her services previously too. I paid extra for premium services. The services provided by her are below average and she was rude and argumentative. She also left the de tan pack on my hands and legs after pedicure/ menicure , refused to clean when I asked her to. I have rashes all over my hands and legs after the pedicure and menicure. Malina was in a hurry all the time. I don't want her services again. Also please refund my money that I paid for a premium beautician. I have always gone for Urban Company and their beauticians are courteous, polite, skilled, well trained professionals unlike Malina. I have written a number of emails to them, they haven't reverted a single email.

This to rate the customer care, not the services or the beautician. The customer care is extremely rude and unempathetic. They only want there money and does not understand what customer has to say about the payment status. I have processed the payment t for my services which on there end showed as failed however did show has successful on my end. Even after giving the proofs the customer care rep kept repeating that I have to proces the payment again. I sent him 4 different payments proofs from the UPI receipts to the bank statements infact even the Bank customer care recording and they still refused to accept it
