Here's a review of my first time ever kerasmooth treatment done to my hair at the Richly parlour . Brief hair story: The first pic here with the wavy hair was my hair texture before the treatment. I have PCOD so I have sparse hair. I never allowed anyone to touch my hair for the past few years just because I was loosing so much hair already and I did not want to loose any more hair length ( as I was trying to compensate for my hair density with whatever hair length I had). I did a straight hair cut every 10 months or so. After treatment: My hair have never felt so smooth and Soft in the near past. The one thing that these new treated hair have given me is my confidence to wear them as I like. Service: it's at its best. You will be answered every question you have about hair without a judgemental tone.
