One of the Most Luxurious Spa in Pune. Staff is very nice,well trained. We opted for Hair-spa and Body spa. Everything went well. All the services were upto the mark and professionally done.

I had a 60 minute head, neck and shoulders massage here and it was one of the best I've had! Eunice my masseuse was very talented and the reception very professional. The spa itself is classy, clean and relaxing. Five star review

We went in a for a couple spa and informed the staff there that we would want good trained therapists and were assured the same but to our surprise the spa was pretty average for the cost we paid, the therapists couldn't communicate with us and when asked something would be quite or just not respond. Horrible service with respect to instructions or even the music which is meant for relaxation kept pausing in the middle, it wasnt relaxing at all. The steam room wasn't switched on, the therapists left the room without informing us anything well before the actual time. It was not at all a relaxing experience at all. Waste of money and time.
