My review won't make any difference to the salon but I shouldn't ruin anyone's hairstyle I paid 550/- but my hairstyle got ruined I can't go next time I told him to a small cut but they ruined my hairstyle due to which I could not go to work. From next time onwards I would be afraid to get my hair cut at such a salon.

I wanted give my review about a particular person who works at the salon. The first time POOJA did my eyebrows for me, I was shocked looking at myself because noone else that I had gone to before did my eyebrows so BEAUTIFULLY. She knows perfectly how to thread the eyebrows according to the shape of the face. Not only does it suit the face mesmerisingly, but the whole process was absolutely painless. So I only ask for her when I do my eyebrows. Now about her waxing skills, let me start off by saying, her hands are pure MAGIC. Obviously when you wax, there's going to be pain but she did the aftercare so soothingly. Did I mention that her hands have magic in them? Cause I also did hand polishing by her and oh my god, it was great! So was the facials she gave and other packages as well. Not to mention she's very sweet. So yeah, she's the best and I always make it a point to ask for her when I visit

It was an excellent visit...Staff members were very friendly...Abhishek and Samir both of them has totally changed my looknever expected could look so pretty...they both have done a great work...I'm very much satisfied with their service and work

I did their super pedicure. I had a very good experience, Pooja was very good at her skills the massage was amazing. I had a quick good nap I would recommend Apple salon for sure.

I got my haircut and body massage done by this guy called Raju. He sounded very demotivating and abrupt during my interaction with him. With regard to my haircut, he said an upfront no to the style that I wanted. If your work is not in sync with whatever your customers seek, then what's the point of running your business. In my opinion, any business should operate keeping in mind the needs of the customer, and when that does not happen, customer satisfaction is Zero, which defeats the very purpose of running a business. Customers should Always be First. In the end, I had to get a hair style, the way he chose for me. I also asked for basic things like powder which I wanted to apply on the area where he shaved since that area was burning, to which he very bluntly said a no that we do not keep powder. Really shocking to know that such a big so called Salon Company does not keep basic beauty products like a powder or even a hair oil for that matter. Another shock was to only learn that they do not do head massage during a body massage session. I am sure we all agree that one's head is a part of one's body, which Mr. Raju fails to understand and skips doing the head massage. I was highly disappointed when he told me that sorry we don't do head massage during a body massage session. When I chose to apply oil myself on my head, he very abruptly mentioned that we do not keep hair oil either. That was another shock. And then I had to pay for services, for which I was not satisfied to the level that any one would expect. Lastly, I also found him to be quite arrogant while he was communicating with me. Lack of professionalism, and a very laid back attitude. In short, my experience was a complete disaster, with regard to the services offered by them and their staff behaviour. I am definitely not going to visit this place ever again, whenever I travel to Pune, and I would recommend the same to others too, if you want to really get your money's worth. Please chose other options instead. I m confident that there will be many out there. Cheers. Good Luck
