It was my first time with studio11. And the service was as expected. Earlier I was bit confused to visit there or not but when I entered they treated me very well by welcoming me and quick service. Coming to the expo of hair cut, excellent job done by Mr. Rohit. He has not only asked for what I want but gave the proper consultation about the look and hair care. Thanks to you and your team for gain a confidence of mine. Looking forward for best services from you. Will visit soon. Thanks again !!

I had a wonderful experience at this salon! The atmosphere was neat and clean, and the staff were professional and friendly. Special thanks to Amir, who did an excellent job on my hair. He took the time to understand my needs and suggested a great short haircut that suits my thin hair. Highly recommended.

See photos how worst haircut they did, wasted time and got bad service. They are also forcefully asking to do hair wash. Barber finished haircut in 5 min.

Could have given zero star but there is no option. They have found new ways of looting customers. Has been a regular customer since last 5-6 years but their service has been disappointing off late and they forcefully ask the customers to get a shampoo so that they can earn extra bucks even if it is not necessary. The hairstyle are not professional neither the management. There are lots of fishes in the sea so be kind and don't be a fool.

I recently visited Studio 11 Family Salon and Makeup Studio at Destination Centre, and unfortunately, my experience was not up to the mark. I observed certain practices that seemed aimed at extracting additional charges from customers, which I found unprofessional and contrary to good work ethics. As a customer, I believe transparency and professionalism are essential in service-based businesses, especially in salons. This experience has been disappointing, and I hope the management takes steps to improve their practices and prioritize customer satisfaction.

We traveled a long way just to get our child's haircut. As expected, our child started crying. The curly hairdresser rudely snapped, "I won't do it if he's crying," showing no patience or professionalism. Frustrated, we decided to leave, but the receptionist couldn't care less and didn't even bother to ask why we were leaving. The entire experience was disappointing and unwelcoming.

Very good service by the salon. Mr. Ankit was very helpful during the process as it was my first time trying to colour my hair. Must visit salon.

I have been visiting this studio from last 3 years all the services are awsum, the hairstylists Aamir, Anas, and Khan are too good and professional. But the sitting arrangement in the studio is really pathetic by which a person can't sit more than 10 minutes the back starts paining, so better they can work on the sitting arrangement rather than working on something else. The parlour ladies work is not up to the mark while taking the service of eyebrows and all had so many cuts and all.
