The glow lab

I visited The Glow Lab for nail extensions, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The person assigned to do my nails was very new and clearly lacked experience. He repeatedly over-filed my nails with the machine, which severely weakened them. After getting the extensions removed, my natural nails became extremely thin and fragile. A professional salon should ensure that their staff is properly trained before allowing them to work on clients. I expected better expertise and care. I would not recommend this place.

I took global hair color, hair treatment, nail extensions & eyelash extension services from this salon. This is WORST salon I have ever been to. I will strongly recommend to not visit this salon, they simply fool their clients. The owner & a very RUDE & ILLITERATE boy ALI kept trying to preach more and expensive services while my ongoing services. ALI is a unprofessional boy and has no knowledge or certification of all the services he provides there. My hair color was visible just for a week, every wash it got lighter & in a month it's completely faded & gone. My WYELASH EXTENSION lasted only for 6 days. NAIL EXTENSION was fine but i was told Inwill get complementary NAIL ART by the owner and then denied by ALI. When I spoke to ALI regarding it he was rude, pathetic, argumentative, yelling, shouting and denied the service. Later after few weeks I CALLED TO TELL ABOUT THE WORST SERVICE THEY GAVE ME & feedback. ALI didn't agree to his mistake ( he used developer instead of color on my hair & it faded in few weeks, when I was taking the service i asked him about why is he using so much developer when the initial color applied to my hair didn't show up, he just gave some excuses ) haven't provided me with any solution and said couldn't help with anything. WASTE OF MONEY & ALSO CHARGED ME EXTRA FOR HAIR TREATMENT bcs ALI did some advance treatment to my hair without my consent and later charged me for it. DO NOT GO HERE. ITS A FRAUD.

Got to know this place from Instagram! Truly an amazing find. Loved the vibe and ambience! They are really good and top notch at what they do! I got my nails done from here and seriously did not expect it to turn out exactly as the reference picture I showed them. I'm super happy with the work done! I have uploaded the reference pic and my nails you can see the work is so perfect!

I had accompanied someone who had their booking done with The Glow Lab, and confirmed appointment with Tina (owner) as it was a new place i wanted to try to get my nails done but considering the experience I strongly recommend no one to visit such an unprofessional place. Firstly when we went there, they already had a client, they were also understaffed and yet we waited patiently for more than 30mins, after which another guy walks and brings two other clients with him and starts to behave rudely and talks so disrespectfully asking me to leave the place just because he didn't have it in his bookings list which was clearly not my mistake. I even have a video and will share it here, he claimed to be the Manager of the place and his name is Ali and the worst part is he didn't even apologise or acknowledge his mistake rather continued to be egoistic

The staff is unimaginably rude, that too without any issue from our end. It's just they are rude just for you entering the salon. Never go here, don't waste your money there plenty of better salons in koregaon park. Avoid this at all costs

Ali, who seems to be the manager out there is utterly aggressive, disrespectful & dominant who doesn't care 1% of how he is treating his client, who BTW, booked an appointment, with the owner Tina, who wasn't even there present at the salon, Ali at the salon acts utterly shameless and doesn't care a damn for the client to apologise because of their internal miscommunication in booking my appointment. So if you guys are going to avail any of their services trust me they are pathetic with it & you will end up with the worst client service ever.

Service is absolutely terrible and very disrespectful. I confirmed my appointment with the team and timing as well, i reached there on time. He guy goes ahead and tells me to wait for 40 mns or leave. He was soo rude and didnt care about business was also speaking to the other client rudely. Never ever going back

I really wish there was an option to not put any star after all I experienced.Truly speaking I had very good intentions and hope after going through reviews and was really very excited to visit n get my nails done and I had spoken to the owner Tina and was in touch with her since a few days back to my appointment and booked my slot for 2pm and got confirmation through her fast forward to today as I went there ten mins prior as I was asked there was no one sitting at the desk/reception and just two guys one was the nail technician who already had clients and I was asked to wait. After waiting for 30mins i wasn't gotten my chance I still told them to take my number and call me as the client gets done I had a work nearby to complete since I didn't like my time getting wasted. After I entered Glow Lab a guy named Ali who seems to be the manager was sitting on the desk and very unapproachably asked me if I had a booking and I told I did but just so disrespectful and rude- aggressive bossy , asked me to get up n leave the place even after taking an appointment through his owner which was nt communicated by them and to my surprise this was not it there was more, he spoke to the owner and asked her if she wanted one client (referring to me on call) or the other two clients that he had got , very sad and disappointing state and only one nail technician , despite that having the audacity to not even apologise or acknowledge for his behaviour in the first place, really shameful. After this experience I don't think anyone should ever go there and there were no CCTV cameras inside either so I've recorded a bit but shame on the unprofessionalism the other staff members who witnessed and knew the truth as well remained to be silent despite knowing. Clearly that's how they've been functioning
