Hairstyle could be much better of bride. Sider Makeup was one shade lower than actual shade. Took 3hrs to make bride + sider ready. We had advance booking for 2 functions, 1 booking we wanted to cancel 3.5 months prior the function date but they are not ready to refund booking amount 5k or to provide parlor service / makeup for other day with already paid amount. This is not good.
