Wellness Forever Pharmacy - Powai Naka, Satara

Not as expected. They just look Great but service is very poor. There selse persons are just ignore you when you enter. I ordered 6 items of First Aid kit required for car, the person started putting force to buy non-required items in the first Aid kit. and told me that he is unable to identify items, such non qualified staff you can get only here. Above 1 star only for its look.

I gave order of prescription at morning 10:30 am for medical emergency and they deliver my medication at 1:30 pm completely after 3 hours, worst service ever .. really disappointed with wellness service

Superb staff of it ... I was travelling to banglore and they gave me the medicine on the highway thanks to rahul of there staff member

Worst service ever, either don't have prescribed medicines or if they have they will take all the time in the world just to bring on the counter, representatives are more worst they don't have half of the knowledge of their inventory, need to work on the staff or retrain them altogether.

Co -opretaive persons are there .my baby's medicine delivered at midnight 1:45am.good option for 24hr medicine in Satara. Thank you Wellness forever

Pathetic, thirdclass and one of the worst services in medical. Our upi transaction was successful still these guys denied to give us the goods and rather than helping us, asked us to pay again . Even after 2 days they are calling us and asking to confirm refund. Completly pathetic customer service. Never ever going here again and would advice you also better skip this store.

In metro cities ppl fight for business I think they dnt want business. Worst service n arrogant language By their executive . One week waiting for medicine after that they say not available.. No call from their side I think it will shut down soon if it continues

Worst service recieved when i reached at wellness forever powai naka branch at last night. I wait over 1.5 hr to buy medicines but none of employee replied me or didn't given any type of service to me. I heard a voice of employees who r making timepass with themselves but they don't have time for customers to assist. Rest of this they didnt give me a medicine a last night.
