One reduced star is because of the missing cleanliness. I got my haircut there. It was perfect and was done quickly however the area near the stairs gave me the worst feeling. It was full of hair and I am pretty sure those were not from the day I visited. I am happy with the services they provided, I only wish they keep the salon clean too since it makes an impression, a bad one for sure.
