Zulf Unisex Hair Salon Satara

I've been a loyal customer of this salon for years, and so have many of my family members. However, my recent experience was deeply disappointing and has made me reconsider ever visiting again. During my last visit, I accidentally left my sunglasses (worth 8500) behind. I realized it as soon as I reached home and immediately called the salon. I was told not to worry and that they'd keep the sunglasses safe for me to collect later. However, when I visited the next day, the staff casually denied having them. I asked them to check the CCTV footage, and the staff member claimed the person with access was out of town and would be back in two days. When I returned as advised, I met the owner, who was completely unhelpful. He told me they don't take responsibility for customers' belongings and, absurdly, that the CCTV access is in Pune, not even in the city where the salon is located. This complete lack of accountability and customer service is unacceptable. Mistakes happen, but how a business handles them defines its integrity. In this case, there was zero effort to resolve the situation or even show genuine concern. I'd advise others to be extremely cautious with their belongings here--and to think twice about trusting a place that refuses to take responsibility or offer any practical support when something goes wrong.

I had an amazing experience at Zulf Hair Salon! The atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff is professional. A special shoutout to Prashant his skills are truly impressive! He understood exactly what I wanted and delivered beyond my expectations. His attention to detail and precision are remarkable. Highly recommend this salon, especially if you're looking for expert haircuts and styling. Will definitely be coming back!
