Keza 99 Salon & Academy

This was my first and last experience with keza 99 salon This salon shows so many offers. But in the name of the offer they make the customer fool. And they add the other treatment without customer permission and don't even have the knowledge of treatment. In the name of offer they overcharge. I won't recommend this place,

I recently visited Keza 99 for an eyebrow service and encountered multiple issues that led to a disappointing experience. The charges were Rs25 for the eyebrows, with additional fees of Rs40 for the upper lip and Rs40 for the forehead. Despite inquiring about pricing beforehand, the staff did not clarify that these services were charged separately. While there was a man at the reception, which I found inappropriate for a ladies' parlor, the quality of the staff was the main concern. Three different ladies attended to my eyebrows Session , and the process was not only painful but also poorly executed. This was my first horrible experience with eyebrow shaping, and it was quite distressing. As a result of this unsatisfactory service, I chose to cancel my scheduled facial cleanup session, as I lacked confidence in their overall competence. I felt that the service did not justify the cost. I would not recommend visiting Keza 99; instead, I encourage seeking out a more professional establishment that offers quality service and where staff can be appropriately compensated with tips for their work.

I took nanoplastia hair treatment on my hair and within 2 3 days my hair became wavy they told me before doing the treatment that in nanoplastia 50 to 60% of your hair will give straight look bt I can't even seen 10% result on my hair.. not satisfied with the service

Would give -5 if there was. At the begining liked service but pedicure/manicure was waste of money as no visible difference in nails .one more biggest let down was face wax , it was one horrible experience. My lashes were covered in wax and face was on fire due to multiple time wax application on same area. On top of that owner was very aggressive and rude ,using all type of wrong words and slangs. Overall mental abuse. I would recommend to refrain or only God be with you and give u strength to face such I'll mannered and unprofessional people.
