Poor quality of service. Extremely slow..the person took close to 1 hr 20 mins that too without drying hair.. Applying steam was not part of their procedure..how strange..massage was also okayish The price charged for this is exorbitant The place doesn't maintain much hygiene as well Would not recommend for hair services at least

Very satisfied with this Lakme Salon. Each and every member of the staff is very polite and friendly. Pragya did a wonderful job with my facial especially the massage part .Mukesh is very good and meticulous too. This was my second visit for hair wash and blowdry. He is really good. Will surely recommend this saloon.

My experience was highly disappointing, and I feel compelled to write this review During my visit, I was repeatedly encouraged to purchase treatments and products that I believe were entirely unnecessary for my needs. The staff seemed more focused on upselling rather than providing genuine advice on services I required. This gave me the impression that the salon is more interested in making a profit at the expense of customers, which I find to be both unethical and I was also concerned with the hygiene practices at the salon. The equipment and workstations appeared unclean, and the staff did not seem to follow basic sanitation protocols, which is unacceptable for any reputable salon. Cleanliness is essential, especially when it comes to personal care services, and it was clear that hygiene was not a priority at this location. To make matters worse, there was an unexpected power outage during my visit, and I was shocked to learn that the salon did not have any backup power systems in place. This caused unnecessary delays, and I was left uncomfortable in an environment that should have been equipped to handle such issues. My waxing was half completed and I was waiting for power to come back. I believe that customers should feel confident in the services they receive, but unfortunately, my experience at the Panchpakhdi Lakme Salon was far from satisfactory.

It's really a good salon. Staffs are very skilled. They respect your choice. The technique they use while facial is best. They suggest you the the facial you need. Had the great experience must visit if anyone wants the best.

Excellent service by Sonia who did my threading and waxing. Very friendly. I also got hair colour done on the same day from Mukesh. Very meticulous and thorough with his job. Although I spend whole afternoon and most of the evening in the salon, the end result was excellent. I will highly recommend this place.

Had a great experience at Lakme salon, pachpakhadi Thane... Ms.Priya is very efficient and did her job dedicatedly... Mr. Asif is also very knowledgeable and did the hair spa and haircut so nicely.. especially the head massage was an amazing experience for me.. thanks a lot

Had really good experience in Lakme. I had 2 services facial and hair spa. Priya and Mukesh helped me a lot regarding with all my services. Must visit Lakme.

Pedicure done very well by Pradnya. She is good at her art. I hope to revisit for my next one! Good luck to the branch which is well located in heart of thane and easily accessible
